Born in Calcutta in 1966, Indranil Sarkar grew up in a family with deep-rooted cultural values. Father Dr. S. C. Sarkar and mother late Mina Sarkar encouraged their son’s creative bend of mind. Early in school, his drawings were exhibited at the well known Academy of Fine Arts in Kolkata. Later, quite a few group and solo exhibitions followed. After graduating from Kolkata University, his creativity got an out-burst consenting him to imprint a strong foothold in the field of Advertising. Today, a known creative director in AD Circle, Indra has lovably nurtured his passion for amateur photography.

It is difficult to know where great ideas come from but, in the case of this site it was easy. It came from the urge to share, what ever little creativity rattles in my head, I try to portray and co-relate the flamboyance with the useful tools of paintings, photography, cartoons and even commercial designs. A painstaking job that creativity demands, my passion and emotion comes in rescue with the kind of work I do, I wish the audience out there gets a clear share of me through my works.
